From looking at the picture i thought the cables may have been routed through the left side of the bike but i guess i was mistaken.
Undo the bar end slider and then the 2 3 machine screws on the kill switch assembly 2 long ones and probably one holding a throttle cable unhook the throttle wires and slide the throttle tube off.
